What this service is
Bookloft is a publishing management platform contracted by subscription. Access is granted to the contracting house and the people it authorises, within the limits of its plan.
The fourteen-day trial
A payment method is requested at the start, but nothing is charged during the fourteen days. Cancel before they end and there is no charge at all. If you don't cancel, the subscription continues and the first period of the chosen plan is charged.
Payment and plan changes
Prices are published excluding VAT, which is applied on the invoice as appropriate. Payment is in advance, monthly or annual. You can change plan whenever you like: the difference is prorated. Analyses beyond the monthly quota are billed at the plan's rate.
Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you like and without giving reasons. The service remains available until the end of the period already paid for. There is no minimum term and no penalty.
Who owns what
The content you upload is yours: manuscripts, catalogue, contacts and everything you produce with the platform. We acquire no rights over it beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service. The software, the brand and the documentation are ours.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service continuously available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not responsible for the content you upload or the editorial decisions you make with the platform.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the controller's domicile, unless the law imposes another venue.
