Do the prices include VAT?
No, they exclude it. Your invoice applies whatever VAT is due based on your country and tax number, both collected at checkout.
What if I run out of analyses mid-month?
You can keep analysing: each extra manuscript is billed at your plan's rate, which drops as you move up. We warn you at eighty per cent of the quota and again when it runs out, so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
Can I change plan mid-period?
Yes, whenever you like. The difference is prorated: you only pay for what's left of the period at the new price.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for ten months and use twelve. You can start monthly and move to annual once you're sure.
What if I have several imprints?
Each imprint lives inside your publishing house at no extra cost. If what you have is separate houses with their own teams and accounts, that's Publishing group and we should talk.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel whenever you like and take your catalogue and your data with you.
