The productThe house
It carries your name, not ours.
Your brand on the dashboard, the emails, the PDFs and the author websites. Your team with the permissions each of them should have. Your integrations and your templates. Bookloft is the machine; the publishing house on show is yours.
Contents
01What is in it
- Your brand
- Your logo, colours and sender on everything that goes out. Depending on the plan: a subdomain, your own domain, or full white label.
- Team and permissions
- Who sees what and who can change what. An outside reader has no business seeing royalty statements.
- Document templates
- Contracts, reports and catalogues in your own layout, so nobody rebuilds the same Word file again.
- Integrations
- Email, payments, invoicing and storage, connected with your own credentials.
- Your own AI keys
- If you would rather pay the model yourself, your key connects instead of ours.
- Plan and billing
- What you pay, what you use and your invoices, without writing to anyone to ask for them.
The trade
02The vocabulary
- White label
- Software that does not advertise itself: your authors and your customers see your publishing house and nothing else.
- Multi-imprint
- A group with several imprints, each with its own brand and its data kept separate, under one administration.
- Role permissions
- What each person can do according to their role. It is what lets you give a collaborator access without opening the safe.
- Bring your own key
- Connecting your own account with the AI provider. The cost is yours and so is the control.
